NEW YORK—A Marchesa cocktail dress with a beaded bodice and feathered skirt is paired with the voluminous plumes of a white peacock, while an enormous black crow hovers behind a mannequin wearing a graphic black-and-white Oscar de la Renta skirt suit with red suede boots. Bergdorf Goodman is showcasing another fabulous mix of fashion and fantasy in its Fifth Avenue windows. Curated with an avian-theme, the scenes also feature an origami crane, detailed field guide drawings and vintage binoculars. On view now, each creative display is more gallery exhibit than retail window.
