NEW YORK—On Fifth Avenue, just south of 42nd Street, there is an artful entry to The Bar Downstairs. The colorful image by Mike Dreeland initially appears abstract, but it is actually a reflection of the Statue of Liberty that emphasizes her raised torch. The bar is a part of Andaz on Fifth Avenue, a Hyatt boutique hotel, that recently inaugurated an art program.
