Silver Spring, MARYLAND—This glass-wall featuring three colorful painted panels is installed in front of a condo building at 8045 Newell Street on the former site of a Silver Spring, Md., post office. The swirls (and wavy lines in the pavers that run perpendicular to the wall) reference postal cancellations stamps.
