MIAMI—Over the past few years, Wynwood Arts District has become famous for its murals. During Art Basel Miami Beach, many of the facades are refreshed with new works. I had wandered around the neighborhood six months earlier, in June, and this time saw many new installations as well as a few paintings that were in progress.
