Harlem, NEW YORK—A colorful wall mosaic pays tribute to the arts scene in Harlem. Titled “Spirit of Harlem” the mural livens up the corner of Frederick Douglass Boulevard and 125th Street. The work by Louis del Sarte was commissioned by North Fork Bank in 2005 and graces the facade of what is now Capital One Bank.
