Harlem, NY—Had lunch at Harlem Tavern on Frederick Douglass Boulevard yesterday. The bar and grill is another welcome addition to the neighborhood. Harlem Tavern opened the last week in June and its decor includes a couple of charming vintage-looking painted signs on its interior and exterior brick walls.
